Snoop has finally over come travel sickness to enable him to start obedience classes. We were told he would be going in the third class as he wasn't a puppy and was reassured we would cope OK, though not having done any formal dog training in my life I was yet to be convinced.

After our third lesson we were put into a higher class, our abilities had enabled us to jump 3 classes ahead, much to our surprised, From there we quickly advanced into the top class. Though Snoop was natural at obedience and loved the retrieve and scent work, he didn't really like the formal heel work or stay exercises. At this same time a fellow class mate told me about flyball and Agility which I could start when he was 12 months old, explaining that border collies' were a natural at them. I had always wanted to do some competing with Snoop at both after seeing demos at local fetes in the area so didn't take much convincing to put us on the waiting list, all that left us to do was wait for Snoop to be 12 months old
